Actually, I think it is fantastic that you see it that way, migaloo. You should be able to give Gamevit lots of pointers how to better promote Rage Ventures’ greatness - in that games’ comment section. Because right now, its qualities do not come across to somebody who looks at the store page. As I understand Gamevit’s posts, there aren’t many downloads on that game. So as one of the few people who took any interest and even liked the game, you should take some time out of your day to help its developer to better represent the game that you love so much.

On the other hand, if you don’t put that effort in after making this bold statement, it will look like you are just a friend of Gamevit who came to defend their honor. Which would now hurt their reputation even more - given their spam advertisements in the past…

I was “casting judgement” on the way they repeatedly broke the rules in the way they promoted their game. In the process of doing that, I pointed out flaws/issues I could see with their game’s presentation. (I am confident you will be able to recognize that when you read my posts.) Which I am suggesting you should help them with since you’re such a loyal and dedicated fan of their game.

Attacking critics doesn’t fix issues.

You are completely glossing over the whole spam advertisements ordeal as if it were nothing. Any particular reason for that…? :)

First and foremost: I refuse to stoop down to your level, so I won’t butcher your name.

I disagree with your assessment of the situation when it comes to the spamming, but I guess we won’t find common ground there.

As for the other topic… No matter if you are invested in tearing my supposed works of the past through the mud to get back at me, or if you are genuinely interested in me or my (again: supposed) past works - for some reason or another I would have chosen not to share them here. And you would not be motivating me to change my mind about this by the way you act.

Let me explain it to you like this: Your ability to evaluate the subjective qualities and flaws of a cake does not come from the number of cakes you have baked in the past - it comes from the number and variety of cakes your palate has tasted. You will certainly appreciate a skillfully made cake more if you have personally baked a few hundred cakes yourself. But it isn’t a prerequisite in order to say “This is a good/bad cake and here is why: …”

It’s the same with video games (or their store pages, for that matter): The more games/game-like experiences you have played the more your ability to critique them improves.

What you seem to be looking for is an easy way to prove that I’m “wrong” about the game you say you like so much. I have already pointed out that way to you: Help their dev improve their store page, so it actually reflects the qualities that are currently not perceivable through it.

You might have missed it: I have already been offered a free key by the developer, which I declined.
