Certainly. Controls (including sensitivity) configuration UI is already in the pipeline, I'll just move it up on the list a bit.
I adjusted everything to work best on my test machines (1 win, 2 linux, and several friends) but it is definitely sensitive to mouse DPI which is of course a problem.
