You should contact support and tell them which game had a problem. Creators can set up different payment methods, and that changes what they can and can't accept. Another place to ask would be your bank. Hope this helps.
Right, I had that happen too, just recently. The creator has probably opted to receive the money directly, and that can limit available payment methods. Sorry about that. Maybe leave them a comment?
