I found this above the Panacea PAP Station entrance. What is it?
Sigh...I think they've disabled the Teleportation Necklace specifically for the Station because unlike in the other levels, where you have to stand still and use notebooks, you can just use it to teleport to the end without having to do any of the puzzles. Which are mundane, by the way, and should be changed for the better. (Seriously, go read, I think it'll really help.) So that doesn't help, but it still cancels your velocity, unlike when it was first implemented and retained your momentum relative to the Earth, so if you fell for too long the ground would smack you to death anyway.
Let's try and get a better look shall we

Alright, well, the Happiness Gun's also been fixed up and nerfed so you can't fly with it, so that sucks.

What if...WHAT IF - I:
- Put on my Teleportation Necklace
- Pointed down and held such the Happiness Gun trigger
- Used it to cancel my velocity just before it fired again
- Tried to fly doing this???
