i rwerite this i did choose the oprion adn creampie her it said that she was pregnant but then on th 139 day when i checked she was no longer pregnant its a difference if shes is not pregnant?
That sounds like a bug. Do you perhaps have a save game right before Day 139? Save games can be found here:

I really want to know if ita something different if susan isnt pregnant i saw that she was not like the others but after she was better
The ending is different if Susan is pregnant as well.
