You just linked a post from the thread for the game Clone Drone in the Danger Zone. This is useless and doesn't apply here. The game devs just need to generate more game keys, it's not a problem on itch's behalf.
I already said sorry. On the previous days, a lot of people were unaware how to access their steam key, so I thought that this was the same kind of post. Also, the first two steps on how to access your steam key apply to any game.
