Thank you. My wife was able to play it on her laptop. I think i only set it for windows and i picked fullscreen. I'm not sure if they are using a phone. Could you please let me know if you download it does it pull up for you.
Sorry, I don’t have access to a smartphone either right now. I hope you can work out what the problem is with the users that had the issue.
