It's neat. Two things you definitely need: a mouse sensitivity slider and a small crosshair in the center of the screen (alternatively, just some indicator that shows you're hovering over an item so you can pick it up). Not sure how the party thing will work but I suspect at some point the followers will have AI if you're not using them?
