Is there any way to get the main character to grow a mega cock in the current build? And are saves compatible between updates?
I think the horsecock is the larges possible.
About your second question, at least on windos I didn't get any problems with old saves on new versions.

saves transfer automatically when you download the new update, so dont delete the old one's.
you can't get a megacock normally, but if you get a bad ending with Mistyra there is a scene after where you get a megacock and/or megatits (haven't tried it without tits to know if that part is optional)
