Where i can find Thunder Blade for raijuu?

You need to craft it. After you built monster hall in your castle enter there and talk to the maid. She'll give you the monstercraft recipe.
You have to craft it at an alchemy table after you got the recipe for it from Vivian.(Didn't see that someone already answered this question. Oh well. :D)
