What's wrong with the patterns? And what do you mean by "fixing the HTML code"?
In the 0.8 version, the "pixelorama" folder has been renamed to "pixelorama_data". Make sure your brushes, patterns and palettes are there. The Web version doesn't have them due to browser limitations.
