You're missing a file. Did you perhaps download the update files but skipped more than one update? In that case it would be normal to get errors, since you'd be missing the files of the previous versions until the update you previously had.
Try to download the full game again and copy the entire save folder from the old game folder to the new game folder. This way you can be certain that you have all files.
