I though that's a pretty well known song. It's been in many movies as well, including Terminator 2:

It refers specifically to Terminator 2 as officer Chrome is a spoof of the T-1000 in the movie.
It would be even cooler if he "liquified" in order to get into the cockpit (which is still physically impossible if it's airtight, but hey, it's a game), but I understand, not enough budget for FX...
