Indivi will there be kids in the next update
Not accusing you of anything, but just want to make sure this is clear for everyone reading: Kids/minors will never be sexualized in this game.
I'm assuming you're talking about raising a family, and nah, that's not for a very long while. I'm planning on having good endings down the line where you settle with a chosen NPC and raise a family with them, but that's pretty far in the future. Most likely after an NPC's second route is done will they have that option available.
