The RunningFairy.love file works Linux, Windows, OSX, provided you have Löve 0.10.X installed.
The RunningFairy_win32.zip contains everything needed to run the game on Windows, just unzip and run RunningFairy.exe.
You should know yourself what to do with RunningFairy_OSX.zip, as I have no idea.
