Something went wrong with paypal payment, but I am getting contact to itch support.

Hi, I am sorry to raise it up here... But I still have no reply from itch. Paypal took the money, but itch purchase is not visible, I do not have access to the pack. Can you help to manage it?

Hello, the paypal payment came to my account, but it is on hold. If you get an email from paypal asking if you received the product answer "yes". This will pay itch an then they give you access. If you got no message from paypal, then the payment is on hold for 7 to 21 days. It's how itch and paypal does stuff, don't know why.

Thank you. Let's see if itch can resolve it or paypal will send any confirmation email.

Nothing happened so far, I just went to my paypal account and forced manually to confirm the shippment arrival. I do hope it will help somehow even I have not got anything yet.

Ahh, that was the solution. Go into paypal profile, find & click on the shipment arrival link. You might delete this comment chain and somewhere give that hint to the others. Thanks. By the way, the package seems to be good! ;)
