I like the idea of this game a lot, and I agree this could be a pretty neat full game with a lot of features. The liquid looks great and it has a really panicked, wacky feel that fits the theme well.
I think my only complaint is that the moment I finished blending, I would lose lots of points because fruits would fall while I was trying to serve the juice. It's probably more to do with my own skill level than the game, though.
