I'm guessing by "swing" you're referring to an attack animation? I'm actually starting combat animations this month, and there will be a lot more than swinging a stick!
Yes exactly, attack animations (my bad, I should have been more clear). That is awesome to hear, I'd really love to use these to prototype some basic action RPG combat similar to Secret of Mana or Zelda: A Link to the Past.
Do you plan on doing them so that the weapons themselves will be separate layers/paper-doll style? Or did you have something different in mind? Either way could work for me (as long as they support 4 directions), just curious. I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
