McAfee thinks this game is a virus

Windows 10 does tend to get suspicious when I download itch.io games, but this is the first time my antivirus has stepped in. This is the message I'm getting:

And when I view details:

(Sorry for the huge images; I also honestly don't know if it's unsafe to leave my file directory visible, so forgive me for playing it safe)

Anyone know why I'm getting this? Is part of this file insecure?

Hey there,

Sorry about the anti-virus flag. There shouldn't be any issue with the executable; it was generated directly by Gamemaker: Studio 1.4 and is the same version of the game we've distributed on itch.io for the last year or so. I'm not super familiar with the ins and outs of McAfee, but I know "false positives" can crop up for various reasons. I think the best reassurance I can offer is that the file you downloaded has been shared and run by many people with no issue. That said, I totally understand and appreciate your caution!

Hope this helps,

It's probably because the Bitrat executable is a launcher that unpacks the game  to a subfolder as ai_escape_small to run, which is the actual game? This is suspicious behavior but also normal for game platforms, probably a function of Gamemaker studio that makes the antivirus weirded out.
