I really like the game design! The concept is interesting. I have a little suggestion that would be to add special events. For example, if we keep the mood level very high we could have the salary that does not change or another advantage. Another example would be to put penalties (with the salary increasing for example) if the player has a level of mood just sufficient so the workers does not leave.

I was thinking of having different events but I hadn't thought of tying them to the mood level so thank you!
