No, several people brought it up. So try this - when the wheel is up - looking at the center of the wheel - click just barely out of that center onto the tip or so of whatever icon you're trying to select.
Someone else mentioned, it's not reading the wheel's "placement" correctly.
I get that occasionally, but not often. It seems like maybe if I highlight an item while the menu "opening" animation is playing. Or something. I can't get it to happen reliably so far.
All the time for me - dont know if it is resolution related; I was playing 5120x1440 initially (which was a disaster), and now playing 1920x1200. Which resolution are you using ?
