dude can you read? if you actually look at the changelogs, the new version is released to patreon backers and then two weeks later we get the same thing with bug-fixes and possibly some new content
???? there isn't though?? so far the only thing I have ever found to be "patreon only" in the public releases are the extended Bad Ends, and if you are talking about the greyed out options that say (Not finished yet!) that's a placeholder until indivi makes them... as far as I can see patreon backers only get the same game a bit earlier, get indivi's walkthrough and can vote on what new content should be added next
