Just to let you know, I had a quite long gameplay loop, I got really far to the point where the girlfriend was kinda helping me get out of the facility but wound up not doing it because she liked what was happening to me in the end. I went to the point where they were talking about natural release (which they kept making excuses to put off, my girlfriend mentioned her car breaking down the day she was supposed to take me home, and that happened to be the day my mental strength hit zero. I was extremely agreeable most of the game (also for the record, that's also a bit of a bug because a lot of Modder's interactions and even the director seem to act as if I was unruly/fighting against it.) You can last quite a long time if you don't resist anything, be completely honest with your girlfriend and just go about your day without causing trouble.

Thanks. I'll do a fix for all the bugs first and than I'll start looking at the narrative inconsistencies. There is a lot of niche micro interactions in the game with the idea that it should feel narratively somewhat consistent, so it is an important focus for me. And any support will be greatly appreciated. I'm still looking for an artist and if enough people support it, I can commission some art for the game as well.
Sorry, this is just an attempt to be helpful; Some of the bugs off the top of my head I noticed:
-frequently your underwear items don't match what it says you're wearing (i.e. they will put you pull ups but your status says you're wearing boxers)
-When you go to the inventory/observe/etc. stuff it can get you out of a dead passage, but that means its returning you somewhere that's not where the player was which can be causing tons of issues with the sequence breaks. One of the times it broke my game really bad where Madaline was supposed to reward me, we went to watch a movie, I selected blanket, went to dead passage, I tried doing inventory, return and it kept resetting to the beginning of the "reward"/deal section with her, but then the buttons at the bottom of the page didn't work at all, just completely ended the game there.
-The nurses will comment on you being dirty/causing messes when you haven't actually done anything, again I suspect it has something to do with the underwear situation. Also the dry chart/gold stars is a bit unreliable with tracking.
-If you stress relief to the point where "you can only be interested when you're padded", even if you wear the double it doesn't work.
-when you back out of a conversation with Jude, John, nurses, like go into a choice that has nothing to do (like give them an item) it boots you back to on the map.
Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck o/
