Dualtechs for RPG Maker MV and MZ

Let your actors combine their skills in RPG Maker MV and MZ · By HeroicJay

Hope I'm wrong, but there might be another bug

Recently, I was testing my game, when I noticed the turn immediately after using a Dual Tech skill, the Attack (or replacement of it) does not work properly until after I select another skill (I do not have to use it, just have to select the skill and then cancel during the targetting phase). If I do not perform this additional step, once I select any Attack skill, all actors used to perform Dualtechs in the last round (even if they were a different Dualtech) will show the Attack icon, and I end up having the last selected person only performing an Attack.

I am not sure if this existed before the 3.13 fix, but I am using DTB with Yanfly's Battle Status Window plugin.

Sorry, been busy with this and that. I do mean to look at this when I have an opportunity.

Hey, no worries, thought you might be rather busy. I think all bug this time are tied to the "linked turn" somehow, because once I unlink them, they following turn works perfectly fine.

Hi, just wanted to let you know, the turn linking issue seems to have disappeared. I am not sure why it happened, but I went through all my plugins and made sure they were all updated, and viola! I suspect it might have been one of Yanfly's plugins (I noticed that my Battle Engine Core and Core Engine plugins are a bit out of date), so this is no longer an issue.

That might explain why I hadn't seen it. Sorry for my sparse responses, but glad it's resolved!

No worries. Understand you might be quite busy. However, the other issue I raised on the formula is still a problem, but I am pretty sure it is a compatibility issue with SRD's plugin. Just no idea how to resolve it.
