You need to install the Oculus app on your pc, and then use Oculus Link (by plugging in a compatible cable) to play it, providing your pc can run it.
you need a high end pc for it.

Not too high end, but you need a pc with a dedicated gpu that is reasonably powerful.
i just need an rx 470
For this game, yes, but if you want to play any other games, you might want to go a bit higher end. You can cobble together a really decent vr pc with a 1070/1060 for about $500. I don't reccommend the rx470, just to play one game.
