After what event or modification did this happen?
I believe this might be caused by some lag on your device that is causing Mia to be created after the scene has been skipped, so it isn't being cleaned up properly.
I'll have a look and try to fix this for the next update; but in the meantime, to fix this, you can save, quit to the main menu, and load your save - and Mia should not be there anymore
