Really nice gamepley loop so far!
I also have had the problem that even with enough food, food places and charkoal the people would be hungry and cold. Maybe let them cook themselves or make someone deliver the goods?
The range of the things like tavers is rather small, considering a village back in the days would have a single one, similar to wells and churches. Maybe upping it a bit would be nice.
Also for nsfw aspects, will there be some building to perhaps bring some more entertaiment to the folks? Also gallery as someone mentioned is a great idea.

Hmm, about hungry and cold, this is buggy settler behaviour issue. Will look, why they do not provide enough resources for their houses.
To be fair, I just picked random ranges out of nowhere, just for the sake of it :D
For some reasons, I won't be adding any NSFW content to this game. But if anyone wants it, they (definitely not me) can always make a mod to add it in. "Let's leave it to the modders."
