Have you tried setting up a Paypal account? My research tells me that Paypal is allowed in China, and that you can set up a Chinese Paypal account relatively easily. As far as I know, the Chinese Paypal account should convert dollars into Chinese currency when you try to buy it. Please try it out and see if it works for you!
