I’m not involved with the administration of the game jam, but I would typically recommend not using music that isn’t explicitly free to use. As far as the submitted project, I would just make sure to include any instructions anyone would need on running it, or do your best to make a web version. The easier it is to play, the easier it will be to rate, I assume. Good luck with the jam!
