What a cool little game, it's a great start!
I think that the player shouldn't be shown what works or what does what at the start. Give a small description and let people find out through trial and error.
There's a few things I feel that could be added-namely, formats for the mangas!
4-koma, Adaptation, Light Novel, One-Shot, Traditional
Some extra art styles: Chibi, Cutesy, Fashion, Moody, Wood Print, Classical, Western, Glossy, Experimental, Gothic
For extra genres: Horror, Healing, Magical Girl, Experimental, Historical, Anthology, Comedy, Satire and Workplace.
For more writing options: Callback, Fan service, Scare, Foreshadow, Relaxation and Training Montage.
It would be cool if you could make sequels/prequels to your prior works .
I think other things could be added for stats. Like maybe draftsmanship, character design, expression and planning. Right now, it's very easy to max things out!

I've added 10 new art styles, 9 new genres, and 6 new writing options, along with Spanish language support!
