Hey! Sometimes, the screen just goes entirely gray in the middle of scenes?

When does that happen?What device are you playing on?And does reducing the Quality in the settings fix it?
I'm on mobile, but it's tagged as being runable on a mobile browser, so... I will try reducing graphics tho
