If I recall: 2 for Bernard, 1 for Logan, Arion, Ste(?), Roth....

Not sure if there's official answer but I have 3 with Bernard, 1 for Arion, Logan, Hayden, Rhot, Korg, Xer. You might be able to get hearts with the Bartender and Blake but I don't interact with them that much so I don't know haha.
