At the end I got a glitch that soft locked me, but I couldn't figure out how to get the batteries out, got stuck there too. It says in the description you can't combine items, which was frustrating. I've interacted with everything. Saw other gameplay videos. I'm supposed to dissolve the device in the food?? What the hell?
Also, one of the tasks on the clipboard became unticked on its own, and I can't progress despite having the items. This is a glitch. I think it happened by talking to the NPC again, but honestly have little clue. I already found out where Melvin is by getting the coins, but I can't get that task reticked and Melvin won't tell me again. I got softlocked at this point, which is disappointing.
This was nicely made, fun flavour text, nice art and I really like the music and vibe, but a weaker conclusion. also don't like the UI, how it automatically pops out when I'm trying to click around.
