Congratulations on completing the Pet Index! Right now, the only way to get rid of pets is by trading them up for one of higher rarity, but now that you mention it, I'll keep that in mind and create a way for you to delete whichever ones you want.
It mostly matters late in the game, where you have multiple pages of the mythic one that can't be compressed.
