Very inspired by this.  Liking the vibes of science fantasy I'm getting from it.  

Puts me in mind of Michael Moorcock and Heavy Metal/Metal Hurlant.

Also looks like a great fit with the Penicillin material, gotta get some Lunar Vampires up in the Neon City!

Talking of Neon City, I need to take a look at What's So Cool About Living in a Magic City?  A mashup might be in order.
