Yes! Estrada makes our official Android port, and it includes an external save location in your Documents folder in your phone, where you can find the "game" folder and drop the DLC files in. If not for that, DLC wouldn't be usable on Android. When you get this, you'll get instructions on exactly how to do this on Android.
And Kageshini SHOULD work on mobile, too. You drop her RPA file in the "game" folder in Documents/Renpy_Saves/(WCA folder)/game. All our DLC is usable on Android. You don't extract it with anything, you just download and drop it in, then restart the game. I'm available in Discord for troubleshooting, should ya need it.
As for the second question, you can get all paid DLC by signing up on any Tier 3 membership on Patreon or SubscribeStar. SubscribeStar in particular has alternate payment methods, including their own virtual currency you can buy and then spend on whichever creators you want content from. Tier 3 is $10, and we currently have the Fantasies Collection (this DLC) and Senia's story (fully complete), which total $15, so ya save $5 that way.
