The most recent actual update to the game was October of 2025 on steam, aside from sales/promos. And I'm not paying for their patreon to see what's actually in their dev log.
What does that "update" actually include? Is it just a file repack or an actual extension of the games content? If you go to Steamdb you can look at what they changed game file wise for the people that bought it on steam. One update is a security update, one is a Halloween file pack, and the rest are minor adjustments. All before the end of October 2025, last year nothing after that.
If they are only updating for patreons that would mean that they have abandoned the people that bought the game on Steam/Itch(if it was available prior to the visa-mastercard nuking), if so I still call the game abandoned. There is not nearly enough content to justify paying a monthly fee to get access to and it would be ridiculous to support a developer that does that.
