Hi! Nice game about Tony Hawk the Ace Attorney!
I had some problems when I got 5 proof items from the street (receipt, pineapple, busted speaker, mouthwash, and cancelled gig). When I tried to present them to the judge one by one, he just said something about disturbing his nap, the argument disappeared, and my heart points were used up. It had no effect on the defendant's HP. Maybe that is a bug?
Also, when I arrived in court, if I pressed any key before the judge uttered his first word, the dialogue panel closed and all I could do was click "Go to Street." Then, after I came back to the court, all my argument choices were missing.
Other than those game-breaking bugs, this game is so cute. The skating part is not finished yet, but it shows what the gameplay will be like. I would love to do tricks around town as a skateboarding raccoon while interviewing witnesses, lol.
Good job, good submission, and everything is very polished. I like this game.
