Check out Doll Labo, no animatronics just andriods but it has a female protag.
And....how exactly would you make a NB option in a H game? Genuine question as to my current knowledge NB means neither male or female. Does a Futa count?
Main thing I would go for is pronouns. Getting hit with the He/Him all the time is just annoying. Then if they have the option, select the genitals.
