The management part is well done both functionally and visually. There is slight imbalance in the resources player earns. Game grants a lot of RD which makes player able tu upgrade everything to max from the third race forward while money needs a bit more grinding. It can probably be rebalanced by making more expensive parts have higher RD upgrade costs.
Surprisingly, the weakest part is racing itself. Visually it looks pretty good but in terms of gameplay it lacks a lot. First, it's predictable. Every car gets 3 decisions with options that barely do anything. Sometimes I end up one place higher or lower when push works or doesn't and that's it. Moreover, player has very little player can do about driver elimination. In my third race both my drivers were eliminated by the 2nd lap and I didn't even push them once.
