Good morning. Thank you for sharing this. I'm looking forward to give it a try as while I really like Aseprite I want to try out having Godot be an all in one tool-set for my needs.
* I've yet to properly give the plugin a try but I ran into an issue when I wanted to get kick-started with a ready palette. The GPL files that are available on e.g. https://lospec.com/palette-list/resurrect-32 use tabs instead of spaces which currently causes `_on_palette_load_path_selected` to not find the colours. Worth adjusting it to either a regex or normalize these to handle both spaces and tabs. I imagine I'm not the only person that will run into this.
* I've hit a second issue where the palette is reset when making a new image and I need to pick a different palette and again pick the one I want to get it to show again.
* I also couldn't figure out how to have the pick the background colour using the palette. I tried using the eye-dropper as a work around but the on-hover is still being picked up when hovering over the colours and it makes it impossible.
* After a quick try one thing that seems to be missing is an importer for your file format that would allow Godot to use them as textures directly without the need to export. At least with Aseprite my current workflow is open -> edit -> save -> updated in godot when using https://store.godotengine.org/asset/colinheathman/aseprite-spritesheet-importer/
I would use some bug reporting form for the plugin but I couldn't find one.
