I'd be willing to bet it's a mod conflict. I checked my log and every time I would drive away it threw an error related to the Real Dirt Color mod. I got rid of Real Dirt Color and haven't had the camera issue at all on any of his mods.
I've also noticed other issues like the wrong XML in the zip folder etc... IDK that kind of stuff makes me nervous lol. Extract any of his vehicles and read the xml. According to all of them, they should be a 1995 Ford Mustang.
I've noticed that too. Some of the mods have wonky engine sounds. They're definitely not perfect but they suit my needs for roleplay type stuff for sure.
