Loved this. I think fleshing out the lore a bit would be nice, perhaps each gained unlock gives a small amount of text with the lore of the island and lamplighter. A "max" for the skills would be nice, because i started getting popups labout leveling up but it was in code. Having an option to turn off the auto bait once you get the box would be nice as well. Giving the helpers more to do would also be nice, I tended to just forget about them. The ending was very cute, but I think it would have been even better if after each notice is filled, you get a little blurb about the villagers, because I didn't know the people mentioned. A prestige would be nice, but I'm unsure what kind of unlocks would be fitting for it. All in all, loved it and I hope you keep expanding it.

Thank you, this is really useful. The level-up popups showing as code is a bug I'm fixing now, along with a proper on and off switch for the auto bait and letting the villagers' thank-you notes show in full so you get to know who's who. More lore and giving the hands more to do are on the list too. Glad you liked the ending, and thanks for playing it all the way through!

Hey just played through the new update. Love the seaglass idea, and I can't wait to see what other upgrades you can get. I think upgrading the rod should maybe get you another spinner slot, and after the first summer you could unlock more spinners and bait types. Or maybe gain the ability to upgrade the current ones. I noticed that when hovering over other fish in the catch list it glitches a bit between the two information overlays. being able to assign the hands to errands one by one would be nice, as well as calling them back.

Thanks for coming back to it. The extra spinner slot and more bait after the first summer are good ideas, they're on the list. The flicker when you hover between fish in the catch log is a bug, I'm fixing it now. Sending hands out one by one and calling them back is a good shout too.
