Godot is a popular engine for Developers in our game jams! I can't speak for everyone, but I imagine a playable demo with easy-to-use functionality would make for a helpful starting point for people to make their games. I think it's great to expand the Community Asset Pack to include useful scripts and sample scenes.
As far as I'm aware, Hong Kong should be eligible to receive cash prizes through Wise. That said, international payments can sometimes be subject to local laws, taxes, banking restrictions, or fees, so it's ultimately your responsibility to make sure you're able to receive the prize in your country/region.
