Regarding your suggestions, yes! In future updates there will be many expanded building options, as well as a lot more combat focused content for both the player and future companions.
Right now, my main priority is fixing the foundational bugs. Getting the base game stable will allow me to add all these new features and mechanics smoothly without running into major issues.
