Hi! I just played your game for a couple of days now! I had fun interacting with the world and going through the workarounds in progressing my character up to the highest point this game could present.

What bothers me is the random kill events that could throw off years of efforts in developing my retainers/family members/Dao partner into developing to Divine Autarch. Is there any way you could implement a mechanism to prevent sudden death events by random to my characters that I've developed along the way?

Hmm. I'll work on it for version 2.0. I think I'll add a Guest Quarters in the abode. Though I must be honest with you, raids, even in 1.9, can kill a retainer or loved one, and even you. Particularly assassinations.  But what I have in mind should make them less susceptible to random log events.

Alright.  I understand that death would be an inevitable encounter, but I would like to have more events centered around family/Dao partner/retainers more often as my suggestion.

It would make me feel that they're not just idle people just living their own lives until their eventual departure and actually people living alongside you on your journey.

(Also, I would like to also view their equipment and techniques. It's kind of hard to take note what tier of equipment/technique I was gifting them every time, resulting in some pacing their growth faster than the others)😅

Oh and if you've reached Divine Autarch, depending on your stats, the Void might be good for you. Its designed for endgame in terms of difficulty.

I just died forgeting to get out of the void before seclusion lol , and the limited reroll caught me off guard with broken meridians you got me good XD
