Thanks, I'm glad you liked the vibe! As for the audio - I guess it does so happen to be all 4-channels (like the GameBoy), but that's about as far as the similarities go... The true limitations of the GB restrict it to waveforms and white noise. You could try and emulate the arrangement (white noise for drums and waves for guitars) but by the time you were done it would sound very different to this. I'm a bassist/guitarist so for these tracks I composed and recorded them in Ableton - plugged in a real guitar, programmed some drums, and sprinkled with the odd MIDI when it felt right (like in the garden eel's song)
