At first, I thought I needed to pay $6k to play the games. 😆

I see these deals quite often.

I use HTML5 Canvas, CSS and vanilla JavaScript for my own games, but would not want these game's rights. It is not a game, page, code quality problem, but it is an AI problem. Selling AI game's rights  will almost never work, as I can just ask AI to make it myself.

Secondly, I am aware that AI is far too overconfident when it comes to selling. For example it suggested my first goal of a $3.99 DLC should be $500. I made it $12.

I will say that the games look unique, and not like basic clones.

You have better luck with putting the games themselves on a pay what you want in the browser, and getting donations.

Tiny Cargo's link does not work.

You can also try putting them (to play, not the rights) in a bundle together for $6 or $12.

Thanks for taking the time to check everything out and write such a detailed response - genuinely appreciate it.

I definitely understand your point about AI and the asking price. The $6,000 isn’t really meant as me claiming that’s the definitive valuation of the games; it’s more the price I’m testing for the complete six-game package, including the source files/builds and transferable rights/assets. I’m interested to see what actual acquisition offers, if any, come back and let the market give me a better idea of the value.

I also get your point about keeping them and monetizing them individually. That’s something I’ve considered too, and if selling the portfolio doesn’t make sense, I’m perfectly happy keeping the games and continuing to build around them.

Either way, thanks again for actually taking the time to play/look through them and give me your perspective. And good catch on Tiny Cargo - I’ve fixed the link now :)
