Eh, that's kind of a dealbreaker for me - it's a pet peeve, games that use the term "futanari" when it's inaccurate. Luana's an adorable girl, but she's not a futanari. Just feels like a bait'n'switch, and the trend happens often enough that it's become a sore spot.
