I don't believe this was fixed as I was also confused about the memo being from April, but the Marche phone call indicates the deed was done earlier than April
This is why I thought Richard was the traitor -- in March he told Sally Tom died, but the bugged room and Apr memo indicated he died in April. Why would he lie?
